Oh my, this is a very beautiful portrayal of Rarity you've got here. The dress is absolutely glorious and goes perfectly with the rest of her. Fantastic choice of colors, fantastic value in the colors, great lighting and shading... all-around greatness everywhere.

although the hair does feel "weird" i have to admite it was cleaver to make the shadeing the same couler as the dress, all in all exelent.

A lovely picture! Honestly, while I can see Irene Adler as others have mentioned, more than anything I think of my own Steampunk Rarity artwork when I look at this, probably because I see it all the time and as the colors of the outfit are so similar. Whatever inspired it though, it suits her well and you did a very nice job with the idea!

Thank you kindly for your feedback. I see the resemblance you mention regarding your fine work, having gone back and seen it again. However, the two references for the dress I used were [link] and [link] with a more general reconnaissance of hat styles. I do apologize if there were any misgivings.
